Manga artist Kazuo Umezu constructed red-white-shaped house in Kichijoji Tokyo. Neighborhood residents who feel uncomfortable with the color of his house, demanding the removal of the outer wall of lawsuits.
The oral arguments on September 29, the Tokyo District Court (Presiding Judge Minoru Hatakeyama) was held.
Umezu said, “My red-white-striped is a trademark of mine. A great house,”
Umezu said, “The shape and balance of colors of a house is a perfect.”
The plaintiffs complain of discomfort for the “feel bad faith. Latecomer to my Bullying.”
Residents of the plaintiffs stood in the witness stand, “the red-eye painted on the tower began to blink. Hideous,” he said.
